Faith and Brooke Striped Hat v2
This was my attempt to to enter the “My Mountain” contest by Schachenmayr. Unfortunately, I did not get the pattern figured out in time, but I am happy with my design. This is a hat with vertical stripes, done with slip stitches. It is warm and cozy. I have child and adult sizes written. Two 200g skeins of super bulky yarn will give you a hat and scarf combo, shown here. The scarf is the Brooklyn Tweed scarf, found on Ravelry. November 20, 2013: I have corrected an error regarding the color changes in the decreases. I have also added instructions for using chunky yarn instead of super bulky.
